Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns in Korea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, brand awareness, and lead generation for our 3D printing solutions.
You will work closely with local sales teams, marketing, and cross-functional departments to ensure campaigns align with both regional and global goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Strategy & Planning:
· Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns targeting key segments in Korea.
· Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and local market needs, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Partner with local sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.
· Work with global marketing teams to leverage best practices, messaging, and resources tailored for the Korean market.
· Digital Marketing Execution:
· Manage digital channels (email, SEM, social media, website, etc.) to execute campaigns effectively.
· Implement strategies for lead nurturing and customer retention through digital platforms.
· Market Research & Analysis:
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trends in Korea, helping tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
· Event Marketing:
· Plan and support local events, webinars, and trade shows as part of a broader campaign strategy to engage potential customers.
· Reporting & Optimization:
· Monitor campaign metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions) and generate detailed reports for management.
· Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI.
